The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcome. The location couldn't be better. just a short walk to the Space Needle and other attractions. Despite its charm, there was a noticeable noise issue with the air conditioning unit. Some areas of the hotel felt dated, especially the bathroom tiles that had some loose spots. However, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the warm ambiance and helpful service.
